Introducing our Executive Chef Joseph Dolby
At the mere age of 14, Chef Joe began washing dishes in a restaurant in his home town of Guelph, Ontario. He caught the culinary bug and went on to graduate from George Brown College in Toronto with a Red and Gold Seal in 1989, (with honors) and studied his apprenticeship with Swiss Executive Chef Hugo Gadiens. By the age of 24 he had worked his way to the top and was hired as the Executive Chef of the Senator Hotel in Timmins, Ontario.
Chef Joe is a man of great heart. While in Timmins he took great care, in leading the Timmins Search and Rescue team, donated his time weekly for five years, cooking for the homeless at The Lords Kitchen and after Hurricane Ivan Chef Joe spent his time serving his delectable cuisine to those that were hungry.
Over the next 12 years, Chef Joe would travel the world lending his expertise to various destination locations such as; The Chateau Lake Louise in majestic Canadian Rockies to the breath taking Cayman Island restaurant Breezes by the Bay and eventually finding his way to Alberta’s North.
Today, at the Quality Hotel & Conference Centre in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Chef Joe turns the combination of heart, passion and true expertise into a meal that will set your taste buds on fire

The breakfast buffet is Monday to Friday 5am to 9am & Saturday, Sunday 5am to 10am.
Lunch buffet is served from 11:30-1:30pm Monday to Friday.
A la Carte menus also available.
Hours of operation: Sunday to Wednesday 11:30am-midnight, Thursday, Friday, Saturday open until 2am.
